Brownie with Kiwi Fruit, Greek Yoghurt & Lime

Ingredients
6 Butter and Cream Brownies
2 golden kiwi fruit
2 green kiwi fruit
350ml thick Greek yogurt
1-2 tsp honey to sweeten (optional)
1 lime, zest and juice
Garnish with edible flowers and lime zest

Method
Peel and slice the kiwi fruit.
Mix the yogurt with the lime juice and zest (reserve some zest to garnish).
Stir in the honey to taste.
Place the brownies on small serving plates and layer with nectarine slices.
Decorate with kiwi slices alternating between green and yellow.
Place a spoon of yogurt, a little lime zest then decorate with edible flowers, mint leaves or a drizzle of honey. We used marigolds and violas here.
Serve!
