Brownie with Nectarine & Clotted Cream

Ingredients
6 Butter and Cream Brownies
3 nectarines or peaches
1 x 250g tub of clotted cream Some honey in a squeezy bottle Garnish with edible flowers and
Greek basil (optional)

Method
Slice the nectarines to give thin wedges you can do this with a small sharp knife cutting towards the stone.
Place the brownies on small serving plates and layer with nectarine slices.
Spoon over some clotted cream
You can mix this first if you prefer a runnier texture drizzle with honey and decorate with Greek basil leaves and edible flower petals.
Serve!
