Brownie Caramelised Banana & Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients
6 Butter and Cream Brownies
6 small bananas
60gms caster sugar
40gms butter
60gms maple syrup
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons double cream
Salted caramel icecream
edible flowers and mint to garnish (optional)

Method
Peel the bananas and cut on the diagonal.
Heat a frying pan on medium high heat and add half the butter.
Add the bananas, flat side down and allow to cook for a couple of minutes.
Once the bananas brown remove from the pan.
Add the rest of the butter, sugar, maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
Add the cream giving the pan a gentle swirl to combine the caramel.
Place a banana on each brownie, a drizzle of caramel and top with a scoop of icecream.
Serve immediately!
