Orange Zest Brownie with Mascarpone

Ingredients
6 Butter and Cream Brownies
3 oranges
1 x 250g tub of mascarpone
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (at room temperature)
Garnish with edible flowers and
toasted flaked almonds (we used cornflowers here)

Method
First grate the zest from one of the oranges and squeeze the juice from one half.
Remove the pith from each orange using a sharp knife and cut into segments or slices.
Set aside.
Mix the mascarpone & yogurt with the orange zest and a little juice until you have a nice spooning consistency.
Place a brownie on each plate and divide the mascarpone between them spreading loosely with a knife.
Top each brownie with some orange slices and garnish with edible flowers and almonds.
Serve!
